I was excited when Mandi with Champagne Events contacted me to document a unique and beautiful take on a Halloween wedding for Style Unveiled, an amazing national wedding blog. I loved the lush deep color palette and the Lolich Farm was a perfect backdrop for the rustic and autumn landscape. It was SO fun working with a huge group of talented and creative wedding professionals. Concept shoots are a lot of fun because at a usual wedding, photographers don't get to work directly with the creatives involved like the florist, the cake artist, or an entire team of stylists. Check out all the talented vendors involved by clicking on their links and if you have a minute, check out the video that Scott with Ambient Sky created below!

Wedding vendors involved include: Styling and CoordinationChampagne Wedding and Event Coordination    Floral DesignBloomsberry Floral  Hair and Makeup:  Face Body Beauty   Cake:  AK Cake Design  Dresses and Accessories:  AniA Collection   Paper Goods:  Paper Bloom   Cinematography:  Ambient Sky  Wedding Fingerprint Tree:  Style Unveiled   Rentals: The Party Place  Venue:  Lolich's Family Farm

Jumping for joy over this collaboration! Holly and I had chatting briefly about an urban rustic concept idea, but I had no idea it would be this amazing! As soon as she told me it would be at Irving Street Kitchen, I knew I would be in for a treat! All the talented artistic wedding vendors made this one very cool, from the caramel apple treats to the stunning jeweled headdress, and the unique paper flowers and every detail there! I loved this fun day, as it was fashion focused and a little edgy. Also check out this concept shoot feature on the well known national blog, Elizabeth Ann Designs!

The Oregon Bride Best Of Party was the bridal event of the season! I had the wonderful opportunity to document the day, which included the highly anticipated awards ceremony and fashion show. The night started with a bang at the beautiful Oregon Historical Society with the Heathman Hotel catering, and a killer bar from Fluid Bartending. The decor looked incredible with lush oranges and modern whites. The flowers by Zest set the tone and the coordinating and planning from Bridal Bliss. Both very talented wedding professionals. Cupcake Jones and the Candy Buffet were on deck with yummy treats and a ton of stunning gowns were strutted down the runway from a lot of my favorite bridal boutiques. Hybrid Moon created a fun video and the night was a total success! Thanks for the fun Oregon Bride, and as always, I'm loving the new issue! Check out our "Local Weddings of Note" featuring Britt and David's darling September wedding!

So honored and excited to see Kirstie and Jason's incredible wedding featured in the Summer/Fall issue of Portland Bride and Groom magazine! It was especially cool to find out that it's the "Featured" wedding, which means they opened the "Real Weddings" section with a full page image! Please check out this issue, as it's packed full of great style ideas, stunning table decor, DIY must haves and more! Thanks K&J for being rad, and thanks PB&G for featuring such a darling and deserving couple! xo
