We are really excited to announce our first ever portrait session day in the park! On October 23rd, 2010, Jessica Hill Photography will be at Laurelhurst park in SE Portland. We have select 30 minute time slots available at a discounted price (normally $250!) for your children and family. We will have a few fun things for the kids, including pumpkins to pose next to and leaves for a great autumn themed session. You will be asked back to the studio in 2-3 weeks to review your 50 images from the session for a one-on-one viewing to pick the perfect prints for your home.

As with any offer, there's a couple disclaimers:

  • We encourage you to get the entire family in a few shots, however we do limit to five people, and only immediate family please!
  • If you are late to your appointment, it will cut into your shoot time.
  • In the event of rain, another indoor location will be announced prior to the shoot day.

These pictures would make such an excellent photo for a holiday card, a gift for Grandma & Grampa, or a nice addition to your wallet to show off your best joy :) We are offering limited times, and they are filling quickly so book yours today!

Contact: hannah@jessicahillphotography.com via e-mail or call the studio at 503-964-7063 to hold your spot!

New-and-Blue-Pearl-5.jpg The wonderful ladies at New and Blue invited me to be a part of their fun First Thursday event in Portland's Pearl district.

New-and-Blue-Pearl-4.jpg New-and-Blue-Pearl-3.jpg The store on Hoyt and 13th is darling and has magical chandeliers.

New-and-Blue-Pearl-6.jpg New-and-Blue-Pearl-1.jpg Cupcake Jones was in the house! I heart Lisa's cupcakes... you should too! (w/candied rose petals) New-and-Blue-Pearl-2.jpg The lovely ladies from New and Blue greeted guests with Champagne and smiles.

I was excited when Bethany recently asked me about setting up a time for a First Thursday Event. With, chic wedding accessories, hip decor and talented and fun staff, I knew it would be a great time! You may remember last year's event?! It was a ton of fun with lots of laughs and good music and I was honored to be involved. I photographed the New and Blue store for their website, which you can check out at The New and Blue website here. Thanks SO much N&B and can't wait to join forces again soon! xo

Callie and Sean make a great team. With a passion for life, love, the city and nature, this incredible couple said their I Do's in late August. The juxtaposition between the urban landscape and the natural elements made for some great pics and I absolutely love photographing the Historic Union Station, which is also where my studio and office is located! Hope you love the sneak peek C+S and I wish you both lifetimes of happiness!

Mei Mei and Lou's magical and beautiful wedding beneath the stars was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. M+L are so fun, relaxed and in love and they truly infect people with their radiant love and energy. Hawaii is a sacred land that m+l truly respected during their wedding planning. Guests were invited to sleep in outfitted tents and live with little electricity and have an adventure of a weekend, during one of the largest meteor showers this century. Travis and I loved living off of the land and photographing m+l's surreal wedding with 100% photojournalism. I loved documenting this wedding, this couple and this entire experience. thank you so much for everything and hope you love the preview pics.
